Qualifying floors are eligible for a warranty when the Ashford Formula is correctly applied to properly designed (concrete-mix) and placed concrete in accordance with recognized international and domestic concrete design and placement standards. The warranty does not apply to structural faults that occur due to faulty workmanship, improper design or cracking and failure of materials other than the Ashford Formula.

20-YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY (Standard)
Curecrete warrants that after the specified densifying and hardening period the Ashford Formula treated floor will remain water-repellant, dustproof, hardened and abrasion resistant 20-years from the date the Ashford Formula is applied (as specified by Curecrete).
20-YEAR PRODUCT & 5-YEAR LABOR WARRANTY
In addition to the standard 20-Year Product Warranty, Curecrete’s exclusive network of International Distributors and Certified Applicators (U.S. & Canada) stand behind a 5-Year Labor Warranty. These distributors/applicators guarantee that the labor will be executed according to Curecrete’s specifications and that quality control measures will be maintained.
LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY (Extended Product Warranty for Using CreteClean Plus)
Due to the superior performance achieved by regularly using CreteClean Plus with Scar Guard and CreteClean Plus – Single Dose, concrete surfaces treated with the Ashford Formula can qualify for an extension of their original 20-Year Product Warranty to a Lifetime Product Warranty.
