Ashford Formula™
The Ashford Formula densifies with a unique and unmatched catalytic chemistry. Nearly 70 years ago, the Ashford Formula was developed as an alternative to coatings. When this product first came on the market, there were many skeptics who could not believe that one product could permanently make floor surfaces resistant to abrasion, easy to clean and free of dust.
Almost seven decades of performance have proven them wrong. These permanent results are achieved through the unique and unmatched catalytic chemistry. The concept is very simple: a concrete floor surface is internally densified through a process of crystalline growth. The same reaction also hardens the concrete and locks up the dust. Because the chemistry is inorganic, there is nothing to wear out, scratch or peel.

RetroGuard™
RetroGuard™ provides ultimate stain and etch protection with a high gloss finish. This topical coating is ideal for protecting concrete and terrazzo against staining. When a spill occurs, RetroGuard’s layer of protective properties prevent the floor from immediate damage and increases the window of opportunity for clean-up.

RetroPel™
RetroPel™ is an oil and water repellent specifically formulated for concrete and terrazzo floors. It prevents oil from penetrating the floor and water reactions that cause whiting.
Newly densified and polished floors remain susceptible to water and oil penetration because the densification process (which aids in mitigating stains) hasn’t been fully achieved. The majority of this process is achieved within the first 48 hours, but continues for up to 6 months. RetroPel provides repellency during this critical phase.
RetroPel has been formulated with advanced, water-based fluoropolymers. These small molecular structures allow for maximum penetration. It is not a topical sealer, but rather, a penetrating sealer that fills the microscopic gaps in the floor’s crystalline structure. It does not change the appearance of the floor.

CreteFill Pro 85™
CreteFill Pro 85™ is used to fill control joints (new or damaged) and random cracks on horizontal concrete. It is slightly flexible, allowing small slab movement, yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from chipping under extreme loading. CreteFill Pro 85 is tack free in 10-12 minutes.
